Summary
A new big brother is joining the family and Blue doesn’t like him at all. He’s perfectly happy with his current big brother, Colt, and does not want to share. Worse, Colt, Jacob, and their new best friend, Malkon, are keeping a secret from him, something called Tydannon. At first, Blue thinks it must be a fantasy game, but he slowly discovers Tydannon is a real place that exists in an entirely different world. Colt, Jacob, and Malkon have been there. Blue’s dads and his Great Uncle Skye have visited Tydannon as well. Why is his entire family keeping a secret from him? Blue is determined to discover the answer himself and seeks out Tydannon, only to discover he’s trapped there and may never get home.

Good reading, but..
Well, another good book from Mark Roder. About far-away places and young boys. First of all, this book doesn't any sex in it. because your dealing with 9, 10 & 11 year old boys.
The book starts off good, but unfortunately, it goes at a slow pace and stays at that pace until the end. Well, almost to the end. you have an exploding volcano, earthquakes and a tsunami. but that passes. That is the most exciting thing that happens in the book. No fighting, no goblins or Elves. Just about a adventurous 9 year old who gets in over his head.

Another great story by Mark A. Roeder!
I was so happy to see another audio book by Mark A. Roeder and happier yet to find that it was once again narrated by Jerry Bradshaw! I've enjoyed the previous audio books by this duo so I knew this one wouldn't let me down. I loved the relationships between the double dads and their son. Also the realistic feelings when another child is adopted by the dad's. This relationship resolved in real time. The fantastic fantasy aspect was a great twist!
