About this listen
Astral projection occurs when you consciously separate your soul or astral body from your physical body. Your consciousness goes with the astral body. The difference between this and an out-of body experience is that astral projection leaves the body with a conscious intent and can last as long as you want it to. When you astral travel, your body is left behind in the physical world, functioning as normally as it would otherwise. A silver cord (which attaches your physical body to the astral body) keeps you connected. At the point of death, the silver cord is severed, you die and your soul continues to its next destination.
Astral projection is not the same as dreaming. Everything appears to be in real life and real time - that is, you are in your room or wherever you lay down to do it.
Any beings you encounter are also real and simply living on the astral plane, as opposed to the earthly prime material plane, as it’s called. There are so many things to do or experience while astral projecting, including:
- Accelerated spiritual growth
- Finding peace of mind, knowing there is more to life than most assume
- Improved psychic powers and awareness
- Super-effective problem solving
- Encountering lucid dream architecture, ie, experiencing dreams as you never have before
- Travelling and exploring the universe
In Astral Projection, featuring hypnosis-induced astral travel techniques, number-one best-selling spiritual author Craig Beck reveals the secrets behind achieving possibly the most profound events of your life.

short and sweet- but compressed info if it works
The author gives three techniques for astral projection- hegives the prerequisites too as to when A.P. can begin to happen..... its not really something we can always just switch on and use to fly off to other realities...... at least easily...... the 3 techniques I feel probably can/ do work...... but might need consistent application in order to access.......

Amazing!
Always believed in Astral Travel! To choose a read about it was a hard decision but very glad I chose your book. Brings back memories of when o was a little girl and I use to astral travel all the time, thinking it was normal that everyone else did the same. But as I grew up I knew I was different and still am. Thank You for helping me get back on my journey. 🌍 Safe Travelling. Beth. (Levia-Mana)

Great book.
Amazing book. Its a real shame at the end of chapter 9, the hypnosis chapter of the book, a loud voice at the very end as you are in a deep trance and sometimes close to projecting says "Thank you for using Audible" and snaps you right out of it 😒

Lacking in Substance
Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of Craig's work. This was always going to be a difficult one, which Craig admits to from the outset. Actually, I think many people are in fact ok with the whole 'pseudoscience' thing. All this means is that whilst there is some evidence for something, there is not enough evidence to call that something a fact. This could apply equally to both creationists and atheists for example- God can neither be proven or dis-proven. I think this is by design and for good reason. After a generalised first chapter which duplicates Craig's other work (and also serves to promote his other material), the book then moves onto the subject matter. Well, actually what happens is that following on from his statement that God doesn't exist, he then goes on to discuss that we are all 'fragments of an eternal and divine being'. That sounds like God to me! And therein lies the first fault with this audiobook. There are plenty of 'facts' which are unsubstantiated and in contradiction. There is little discussion on the subject matter (25 minutes at best) and what is stated can be found by way of a quick 5 minute internet search. Even the hypnosis session is not that great. By all means buy as a curiosity. If you are seriously interested and want considerably more substance, be sure to check out Steve G Jones's excellent body of work on this. Or alternatively, get one of Craig's other (and considerably better) audiobooks.
