Summary
Who was the Melchizedek the apostle Paul spoke of in the book of Hebrews? How is his priesthood different than the priesthood of Levi? Why was the Messiah ordained after the order of Melchizedek and not after the order of Levi?
For the first time, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the ancient church fathers, and other rare history books reveal the mystery of the Ancient Order of Melchizedek.
We will learn about the order and how it is different from the order of Levi. We will see who the 10 Melchizedekian priests were, and how the order was broken up into three parts until the Messiah would come to earth to reinstate the order in its fullness. Most importantly, we will see how that reinstatement effects Christian theology and practical applications to our Christian walk today.

Truth mixed with error
Who is Melchizedek? This questioned is never answered in the book, though I infer the author believes it was one of Abraham's ancestors, because he argues that Melchizedek was not an individual man, but an office held by ten men in the lineage of Christ, beginning with Adam. Thus, he argues, when the Bible refers to "Melchizedek," it refers to an office, not a man. There really is no "Melchizedek" after whom the order is named. The scriptural support offered for this is highly speculative at best, and deceptive at worst. Instead, he relies on apocryphal texts, not recognized by the church. And although these texts may contain many truths, they are also often mixed with error, as other human writings. I found this book to be very similar to its sources: some truth mixed with error. At times, it veers close to "secret doctrine." But in the end, I do not see any Scriptural support for his theory, and it savors more of the knowledge that puffs up than the charity that edifies. I thought the latter portions of the book, where he refers to Messianic predictions in ancient, noncanonical texts, much more edifying; but they also led me to wonder about the overall message of the book, as they do not directly relate to the title. It seems to lack a unifying purpose. This book might be of interest to mature Christians with an interest in apocryphal sources.

Shoddy research
based mostly on the fraudulent book of Jasher known to have been written in the mid eighteen century. returning immediately. Had Johnson's name mixed up with Douglas Woodward's for dome reason. I already knew Ken Johnson's research and scholarship are questionable, to be kind.

Awesome! KJV only folks, PLEASE read or listen to audible of this book!
This was a really exciting book (or should I say prophetic book?) ! I was totally blown away with all of the prophecies that he tells us about in this book that predict the Lord Jesus Christ! I really can't express my appreciation to Ken Johnson for translating these works for us! Through him, God has revealed exciting things to those of us living in these end times. Friends, I am a KJV only person, but these are historical prophecies that were not in the Bible. Please don't deny yourself of knowing these awesome prophecies about the Lord Jesus Christ! They are very exciting things, that we would never have known about unless Ken Johnson had translated them for us! These MUST be some of the things that the Pharisees changed so that the Jews would not know that Jesus was their Messiah. This book will bless you!

YAH IS ONE
Great book on the High Priests of YAH.
Levi priest lift up YHWH / The Word / Yeshua in the land of the living (creation). They get the 10% portion of creation. YAH is not found in the land of the living (Isaiah), this is Yeshuas Father he told us to pray to.
Zedek Priests get the 10% of the 10%. This is the earthly priesthood of YAH The Creator mentioned by title as Elohim in Gen 1. It’s not until Gen 2 that we hear about YHWH Elohim. YHWH is Yeshuas title. He will give us His new name when he comes.
King David was a Zedek Priest. He says Yah 40 times. My favorite (YAH/YHWH) distinction verse is -
“Let me not die, but live, And declare the works of Yah. Yah has punished me severely, But did not give me over to death.
Open to me the gates of righteousness; I enter through them, I thank Yah. This is the gate of יהוה, The righteous enter through it.” (Psalms) 118:17-20
Thank you for your work. Yeshua is the doorway, YAH is our deliverer!!! HalleluYAH!!!

Knowledge Overflowing
This book is too much for new students. But it's a must for those thirsty for more. The research and sourcing is extraordinary. As a messianic Jew I found this book to be especially helpful and enlightening. The subject is a non-subject in my 61 years as a Jew.

Informative, and Intriguing
I thought the book was well written, and although I have never read any of the transcripts that it referred to I could not dispute the rationale or logic that was presented

Wonderful Summary of events that detail the Melchizedek mission.
As a student of the bible and disciple of Jesus. I have always been curious about Melchizedek. I learned a lot and the spirit was carried with this work. This book was a very well cited source of summaries with some guided commentary about the power of the ancient priesthood. There are few disputations that I have with this, and they may merely be interpretation or misunderstandings. Mostly with Jesus being the last High Priest when we see that He clearly blessed and ordained his apostles to the same priesthood. Thus making the order of priesthood continue beyond Jesus. Peter would then be the head of the Melchizedek order.

Inspiring
I appreciate the work you have done in providing us with a better understanding of the priesthood. The information is very inspiring and encouraging! I am studying more instead of just reading the Bible. I am so grateful and thankful to our Heavenly Father!

Matthew 15:24
Had me up until the point the author tried to make God and Christ for everyone which is not true. Christ came only for his people Israel and that did not change anywhere in the Bible. John 3:16 means the world of Israel refer to Isaiah 45:17. Gentiles have a dual meaning in the Bible..1) Southern Kingdom of Israel that went into idolatry and 2) The heathen nations (everybody else) Romans 9:13. There is no all loving God of the Bible he only loves and knows the Nation of Israel Amos 3:1-2🤷🏿♂️
