Been clean 3 weeks
This audible has saved my life, it’s easy to listen to and works! I have been stuck in a cycle of trying to use will power for 8 years but found this method amazing and very easy! I feel free, finally!

Put everything into perspective
I was already in the process of quitting coke. However the insights in this book solidified my resolve and helped me confirm deep within myself that I will never touch it again. Here’s to a new life of good health, good decisions and prosperity.

Unexpectedly brilliant!
This book frames the reality of cocaine and wanting to quit so accurately. It’s almost like I couldn’t think of the words before and now it all makes sense. The book also felt relative and the approach is so powerful. Instantly made me feel differently about drugs to the point I’ve changed already in difficult situations. Great read!

Useful and encouraging
Rejigs the effective method used in his other books, including the smoking one which I found worked amazingly for me. The book understands all of the challenges affecting addicts very accurately and breaks them down in to manageable issues that can be overcome. It’s not a magic spell though, you have to really be invested in wanting to stop first and allow yourself to succumb to the method. Superb narrator!
