Far too much singing
Was really looking forward to this but was dissatisfied with the amount of singing Totally unnecessary as he is a brilliant speaker and has an interesting life which was barely touched on

Entertaining and thought provoking
Alan Cummings mix of music and anecdotes accompanied with the personal stories of individuals different accounts of their immigration to America was entertaining and thought provoking. I would definitely recommend giving this a listen

The best kind of mistake
I thought I was getting a book on audible, how wonderfully wrong I was! This was a magnificent surprise! I laughed out loud, listened intently, learnt and loved it all. I inhaled this performance in one go. Listened to every word, it’s just so worthwhile! Thank you Alan and team ❤️
