Very sound principles
I like how the first principle is that customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Of course in order for a business to have longevity, it requires that the company have customers, and more importantly, when the customers are loyal and keep coming back. It brings more certainty for the company to have consistent projected profitability. I feel that the principles are very sound and, if followed, lay down a very strong foundation.

The introduction is too long and there are no chapter titles. It would have been great to be able to jump to a section.

Good overview, missing contrast with waterfall
Reader doesn't do the letter L, but very skilled at masking, still a bit distracting.
There are summaries of the different methods, not a lot of examples, and I wish there could have been a comparison to the default way of doing projects, waterfall.

The content of this book is good
A little disappointing, the content of this book is good but there are not any visual aids. I am a person that needs to see graphics to reinforce concepts and this book is lacking in that are.

Learn Agile methodology understanding here.
This was a great read. I was really interested in learning more about agile project management and boy did I ever. this book had a ton of information. the title says its a simplified beginners guide, and it really was simple, but it was really in depth as well. highly recommended!!!

A great starting-point for anyone,
I like how it gives a history and layout of the basics in the beginning of the book. It was a good basis of how to preform agile in the work place and has provided a building block for me at work. It is easy for a beginner to understand and gives a clear understanding of the key ideas and principles of Agile. If you like IT, use this in the workplace, or would like some fresh ideas in running IT at work, I would highly suggest this book for reading.
