Summary
Michael J. Sullivan's trailblazing career began with the breakout success of his Riyria series: full-bodied, spellbinding fantasy adventures whose imaginative scope and sympathetic characters won a devoted readership and comparisons to fantasy masters Brandon Sanderson, Scott Lynch, and J.R.R. Tolkien himself. Now Age of Myth inaugurates an original five-book series.
Since time immemorial, humans have worshipped the gods they call Fhrey, truly a race apart: invincible in battle, masters of magic, and seemingly immortal. But when a god falls to a human blade, the balance of power between humans and those they thought were gods changes forever. Now only a few stand between humankind and annihilation: Raithe, reluctant to embrace his destiny as the God Killer; Suri, a young seer burdened by signs of impending doom; and Persephone, who must overcome personal tragedy to lead her people. The Age of Myth is over. The time of rebellion has begun.
Narrated by: Amanda Forstrom, Bradley Smith, Carolyn Kasner, Chris Genebach, Chris Stinson, Colleen Delany, Danny Gavigan, David Jourdan, Eric Messner, Jessica Lauren Ball, Ken Jackson, Kimberly Gilbert, Lily Beacon, Lise Bruneau, Matthew Keenan, Michael Glenn, Michael John Casey, Nanette Savard, Nora Achrati, Peter Holdway, Richard Rohan, Rose Elizabeth Supan, Scott McCormick, Terence Aselford, Thomas Keegan, Todd Scofield, Tracy Olivera, Yasmin Tuazon, Zeke Alton, Nathaniel Perry, Mort Sheby

Absolutely perfect!
I read this series before through the original books. I fell in love with them immediately.
It was an absolute delight to rediscover the world and characters again through a dramatized edition. Every character I imagined, every personality, was exceptionally captured in this rendition. I cannot wait to listen to this exciting, heart-wrenching and simply wonderful story!

Very very good
I have over 50 titles in my library, just some of them were at the same level as this book series. I'm now listening to the third book from this series and it's amazing(dramatised version). The story has depth and its very interesting, the narrative is perfect, the soundtracks make everything feel more alive. There aren't many books like this. Woth every penny.
I'm willing to exchange some good titles as this one on discord if anyone wants. #0166

Mispronounced names.
I'll say I do love the entire elan series by Michael j Sullivan and have read all the books before the listening to the audible version. I did enjoy the riyria chronicles by graphic audio, but with the prequel series I just can't get past how certain things are being pronounced. mainly being dareya, fenelyus, and mawyndule. along with that the background audio was a bit loud drowning the narrator out. Overall I highly recommend the story. Just not this version. The Tim Gerard Reynolds narrated one is far superior IMO.

Commercials
This is not so much a review on the story but a review of the Graphic Audio. All the background noise really over shadows the narrators to where at times you can’t even here them. I hot pretty far along in this book and then out of no where Graphic Audio started playing commercials in the middle of the book promoting their other dramatized adaptations and the commercials went on for like 5mins. It completely took me out of the book I actually thought the book was over and it turned out there was still half the book left. I returned the book and got the Non dramatized version and it is far better.
