Great Overview of Learning Techniques II
There are some good tips to include while planning study or proficiency. Must be huge collection of tools and suttle changes can help you learn affectively. Would recommend.

Well worth the price.
Excellent audiobook. I have used some of the techniques before and they do work. There are also techniques I have not used before and will try it in going forward.

The techniques are a little bizarre, pretty fun, way simple, and will boost the snot out of your confidence. You won't want to stop at just improving your skill. Helpful one.
