Summary

Turn your triathlon dreams into reality. Have all your questions answered and get started training for your first tri!

A Woman’s Guide to Triathlon is narrated specifically for women wanting to get into the sport (in reality, all three sports). It combines knowledge from seasoned pros and presents everything you need to know, in a format that makes sense to women who have never raced a triathlon.

The audiobook is a step-by-step guide for everything from training to preparing for race morning. Listeners will understand the whole process of preparing for triathlon from beginning to the finish line.

As women, we want to know what to expect before diving headfirst into an activity. One of the great things about women is our ability to prepare. While some people are comfortable plowing ahead and relying on strength to carry them through, most women need a little more awareness of the process ahead of them. This audiobook is for these women. Work through it step by step to alleviate any fears about training, racing, and beyond. A Woman’s Guide to Triathlon starts with preparing for the mindset needed for tough training, and ends long after the race is over.

Best of all, you can start training immediately with the help of a useful list of everything you need to get started. This audiobook gives insight into what to do physically and mentally to prepare for your first triathlon. Don’t wait another day to sign up for your first triathlon.

Whether you’ve been a single-sport athlete or have never raced before, this audiobook will give you the knowledge and confidence to branch out and experiment with triathlons. Both before and after your race, A Woman’s Guide to Triathlon will be your go-to reference for everything a female triathlete needs.

Excellent insight

Informative, supportive and inspirational. Clear speaking, good pace at describing concepts and interesting approach to triathlon training especially from women's point of view.

I enjoyed the fact that the narrator explained scientific concepts and used her own examples to convey information. I felt as if I was being given advice and having a face to face conversation.

Would highly recommend!

LOVE IT!

During the pandemic I have been working out a lot more than I used to. I am hoping to continue training and possibly (when it is safe to do so) run in my first triathlon. As someone who was very athletic in high school, I always enjoyed running. Of course life happens and as years went on I stopped running as much as I used to and eventually stopped running all together. I am so happy I am back to my old running self again. I am feeling great! This audio book gave me the motivation I needed during my morning cup of coffee. Thank you Eva!
