Summary
A new time-travel thriller from Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Amazon and Audible best-selling author R. R. Haywood. Creator of the smash-hit time-travel series Extracted and the UK’s number one horror series The Undead.
A man falls from the sky. He has no memory. He has no sense of self. What lies ahead are a series of tests, each more brutal than the last, and if he gets through them all, he might just reach a town called Discovery.

Awesome Buttercup
If you like any other RR Haywood books, you'll love this. The only problem I have is you finish it too quickly.

Similarly structured but sufficiently unique
Whilst very similar in team structure and dynamic to the extracted series this was definitely an enjoyable listen
it brings enough of something new whilst maintaining the old theme and I'm keen to see how the plot diverges from the old dynamic too.
In some morbid fascination I would actually quite like to experience Bears circuit.

Enjoyable overall
I did enjoy listening to this but the fight scenes were way too drawn out, to the point of tedium.

Awesome, gripping story
I wasn’t sure at first, the repetitiveness of the beginning had me wondering and then there was a subtle change and I thought ‘that’s different.’ I’m so glad I stuck with it, it was just brilliant.

Another fantastic journey
When it comes to time travel and RR Haywood, there isn't much of a better match. I deliberately avoided the plot to this so I could enjoy without comparing it to Extracted. It has a similar basics to a TV program called Journeyman, but Haywood certainly makes it his own.
On top of a fantastic story, we then have the amazing Carl Prekopp bringing characters to life with such heart and personality.
I can't wait for book 2
