Summary
From USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling romance author Willow Winters comes a second chance with a filthy mouthed, possessive hero, not willing to lose the love of his life again.
I've got a thing for men who work with their hands. I thought I learned my lesson years ago. But here I am, back in the small town I grew up in, staring down at the man who broke my heart years ago. I intended to tell him off. My plan was to flip him the bird and prove to both of us that he hadn't ruined me. I sure as hell wasn't going to sleep with him.
Until he tells me he's sorry. Until he gives me that smoldering look I still dream about. Until he whispers just beneath the shell of my ear.... His breath trails down my neck, and he leaves an open-mouth kiss right there, in that sensitive spot.
"You have no idea how much I've missed you."
My treacherous heart wants more. More of him. More of us. But there's a reason it didn't work before, and when you don't learn from your past mistakes, you're bound to repeat them.
More from the same

Sex first…
Spoiler: sex first before they talk. That alone ruined the whole story. Forget why he broke her heart. The story didn’t grab me. Weak H and h and both characters were not likable. Listen at your own risk

Another Win For Willow
I totally was not expecting this book to be the story I just read by the title of it. I thought I was going to read one of Willow’s spicy romances, but instead l got this sweet high school sweethearts, second chance love story. Asher and Bri were both so likable. I love the fact that even though they were broken up for a few years, the love that they had for each other was still there. I always think a man is extra sexy when he’s good to his mom. I don’t mean a “mama’s boy”, but a son who will help take care of her needs when her husband fails to do the job. I also loved that Bri had a good relationship with her family. Small town romances makes me wish I grew up in a town like that, and this one had all the feels.
I loved the narrators who brought these amazing characters to life. Willow did it again with her awesome choice and choosing the correct people to represent the characters in her books.
