Easy to follow along
This audiobook is very nicely narrated with instructions that are not too fast nor too complicated, making it easy to follow. The exercises flow nicely one into the other and are not so dense that it could become confusing, as is the case with other books. The chapters and information are laid out that one could easily resume and/or backtrack without feeling lost. The quick routines really get your energy up. It’s a great resource for anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine with easy and doable exercises.

Complete guide to band exercise
I got the attention of this audiobook because my children bought me a set of resistance bands recently, with different colors. I'm not sure how to use them properly, but gladly, I found this audiobook. It lays out step by step to do band exercises, from what is resistance band is to how to do warm-up exercises and to strength training of different body parts. Even better, there is a PDF file where I can look at all the illustrations. So that a beginner like me can easily follow the step-by-step instructions. The audiobook is very comprehensive and makes a good guide for any senior or adult to exercise properly.
