Summary

I know life can be fast-paced, there can be too much to do with too little time to do it. Anxiety and stress may get the better of you. You may be feeling like everything is moving too fast.

Sorely needs a PDF.

I had to buy the Kindle separately to see the meditation titles and then try and match them up with the unnamed chapters on the audiobook.

I am sorry that it is not in the boxes anymore, but I am rubbish with computers,
it goes "Meditation Number > Meditation Title >Chapter no. >Running Time" across each line.

I hope this might help anyone else who is struggling. it is a handy book, really, once one can 'dip into' it now and then. I would recommend it for beginners, especially.

Good selection

The only problem is the meditations run after each other. This means if you fall asleep on relaxation ones, you are woken up by the following ones. Not the book’s fault however.

Why oh why no naming of the chapters?

Chapters and length of them are not named. Please think about being respectful to your listeners and putting a little time and effort into this small detail that would be of enormous help.

This is an excellent guided meditation book

This is an excellent guided meditation book. I'm not sure if it comes in physical or ebook form, but I highly recommend the audiobook. The narrator's voice is soothing and relaxing. Her instructions are clear and her reminders always came just as my mind started to wander.

It is really very easy now.

Sleeping peacefully at night used to hard before but with this audio book it is really very easy now. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!

I have calmed down so much.

Nice meditations

Nice meditations that are easy to follow and easy on the ears. Good way to unwind after a long day, definitely something that should be a regular part of everyone's life.

Good way to be healthy.

This is my favorite meditation collection out there. Love the narration, easy meditations. Doesn't take long to do and I'm meditating so much more now.I have received a free version of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Wow book

Wow, I'm amazed that this actually works when a friend lol me about this I thought they were kidding. But turns out this is like a life saver for getting your troubles out of your head and having a lovely sleep.
