Practical and motivational

This audiobook has really helped to motivate me and make me delve deep into myself to figure out why I get stressed and what I can do about it. There are so many great bits of advice and practical methods that have already helped me to become a calmer and more relaxed person.

Very informative

The author did an awesome job in putting in the research into this audiobook. There were some really interested ways on how to feel less stressed that I did not think of. Star gazing was a very good one that I have implemented the last few days and have noticed it does help me feel less stressed. Overall very happy with this audiobook.

Ward-off Stress

Stress is something that we all go through in our daily life. This audiobook is a great friend to all of us. It has some great words which can help a person is a lot of ways. It is very well narrated and anyone can comprehend it in a an easy manner. Loved it!

I need one of these everyday
