Probably THE worst value audio “book” (more like a pamphlet!)

Although the material is ok I believe with effort I could source and produce better material in a day or so!

VERY disappointed! I may even complain to Audible if they’ll listen?

Clear introduction albeit not fully up to date. liked the lists. Seemed limited on the veg side of my things rather than nuts, seeds, legumes. No mention of the effects of refined carbs on the liver or thresholds for sucrose, fructose, glucose...

Easy to listen to

This book strikes a balance between being plausibly scientific on the one hand and easy to understand. on the other.
it leaves you feeling that there are quite a few options for you to try.

great

Insightful and gives a good starting point to help liver health. not to long so is easy to listen to in 30mins or so. Will be able to go back and forth to pick up points again
