I am a clinical psychologist, a Professor of psychology in the Department of Leadership, Ethics and Law at the United States Naval Academy, and a Faculty Associate in the Graduate School of Education at Johns Hopkins University. I write, speak, and consult around the globe on the topic of excellence in mentoring, male allyship for women in the workplace, and cross-gender mentoring.
