Tom Bronson is the founder and president of Mastery Partners, LLC, a consulting business that helps business owners grow and exit their businesses. As a business owner, he has been in the owner's shoes a hundred times (literally), and he knows what most business owners don't know, yet. Bronson is passionate about helping people and has the experience to do it. Before devoting his work to Mastery Partners full-time, Bronson served as president and CEO of Granbury Solutions. He founded Granbury Solutions in 2010 with the acquisition of five of the hospitality industry’s most promising tech companies. Granbury introduced the industry’s first recurring revenue model by offering an end-to-end suite of technology for restaurants, including point of sale, online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and marketing services. Under Bronson’s leadership, the Granbury Solutions technology offering has expanded to serve the restaurant, craft beverage, wine, bar, and specialty retail markets. Since its founding, Granbury Solutions enjoyed consistent annual growth and serves more than nine thousand customers worldwide, landing it on the Inc. 5000 list and in the top ten of Tech Titans fastest growing technology companies in North Texas in consecutive years. Bronson was also a finalist for the Ernst & Young EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. Tom is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). In addition to being a consultant, he has served as president of Business Navigators, a servant leadership organization that helps businesses through outreach, education, and community service. Bronson is the voice of the Southlake Dragon Marching Band. He is also a sought-after speaker who frequents many venues sharing his vast knowledge and industry expertise as well as lending his talents to Software Executive Magazine serving on its editorial board.
