"Write the rest of your story—it's never too late!" Meet Todd Norman Ringness, a social archaeologist on a mission to empower individuals to uncover their God-given Kingdom assignments. A powerful personal revelation in his early twenties transformed Todd's life. He discovered truth that changed his thinking and then encountered God's presence inviting him to exchange an unwanted sexual-based identity for a dynamic new identity in Jesus, sparking a journey of tremendous healing and personal growth. Todd's passion for helping others find their purpose led him to develop the "How to Answer Your Calling" workshops, which have inspired over 1500 students across Canada, the US, and Mexico. The workshop was also presented at the 1998 International Association for Volunteer Effort world conference. As a certified Myers-Briggs® practitioner, Todd incorporates the popular personality instrument into his workshops. He has also self-published three books, contributed to four other books, served as an editor at four magazines and as a columnist for a Mexican tourist newspaper. Todd's entrepreneurial spirit brought about a few successful enterprises. With his wife Gaye, he's launched two successful businesses, including an online ticketing service and a boutique coffee shop. In 2010, he was recognized as an "everyday champion of change" by Coca-Cola and became an Olympic torchbearer for the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games. Supported by his church community, Todd achieved Amazon bestselling author status in 2016 with the debut of his book, "The Hope in Your Calling: How to Know God's Plans for Your Life of Meaning and Purpose." This transformative work was followed by a companion book, "Spiritual Gift Guide." As a dedicated member of his church, Todd has served several years in volunteer leadership, specializing in organizational transition and transformation. Todd's transformation experience includes certification in The Genesis Process, a proven relapse prevention program. He's also served at a Christian residential addiction recovery facility, helping to transform men and their families. With his unique blend of professional certifications and real-world experience, Todd is equipped to guide individuals struggling with life-controlling behaviors towards unlocking their God-given purpose and help clarify Kingdom assignments. Today, Todd and Gaye call Kelowna, British Columbia home, where they live with their spoiled rescue dog, Miss Daisy May. They frequently return to Mexico, embracing their connection to the country that has played a significant role in their lives.
