Ted Schlueter is an award-winning, brand-building entrepreneur. He’s the Founder and CEO of The Grist, a Boston-based brand and marketing agency, and is a pioneer in the world of pre-exit branding. Ted created, developed, and refined the Branding For Buyout method over two decades and used it successfully on high-profile exits including Pop-Corners to PepsiCo and Embotics to Swedish software enterprise, Snow. Prior to selling his first agency and before launching the Grist, Ted worked in Boston and New York at Arnold Worldwide, Digitas, and Greco Ethridge Group in various leadership roles. When he’s not guest lecturing at Babson College or speaking at entrepreneur-focused engagements, Ted is an avid cyclist, an ardent adventurer, and a dedicated family man in Marblehead, MA.
