Sue Willcock worked in the professional services sector over 30 years, having begun her career as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). After qualifying in the UK, she went on to complete an MBA in Construction and Real Estate and a post-grad Diploma in Learning and Development with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). Her career has seen her move from junior roles through to Partnership and Director positions, latterly holding roles in Learning and Development and running leadership programmes for up to 400 delegates, designing and leading work experience events and presenting to students about to enter the professions. Sue loves to convert complicated information into simple, actionable steps and this forms the ethos of all her writing, driven by a desire to help others take control of their career.
