Sienna Pratt, a former lawyer, is a French author of fantasy literature, particularly in the urban fantasy, dystopia, social science fiction, and post-apocalyptic genres. Most of her texts feature strong, imperfect heroines whose foibles invite readers to identify with them and question our reality. Committed to freeing herself from the codes of literature, she shapes her heroes in ways that are the antithesis of those we usually encounter. Rarely confined to a single genre, she combines them while drawing inspiration from various legends and myths. Sienna infiltrated the publishing world by joining the reading committee of Noir d'Absinthe, then participating in several calls for short story submissions. With the advice of two editors, she founded her own label: Over Dark Éditions. Her first saga, The Violin-maker’s Daughter, was published in 2020 under the Over Dark label. This was followed by several one-shots and numerous sagas such as Landunder, Go to Hell! and Eater. She went on to collaborate with other authors such as Lily Padioleau, with whom she wrote the London's Depths series, which has the particularity of being presented as a TV series. It is made up of nine short episodes, each of which is divided into three seasons. They have also completed their respective sagas, The Witch and the Tattoo Artist and Go to Hell! with a final crossover volume titled No Way! Finally, she teamed up with Laurence Chevallier and Emilie Chevallier to write the French best-selling Saga Witch. If you love escapism that meets reflection, Sienna Pratt's writing is for you!
