Scott J Freidheim is the Managing Partner at Freidheim Capital. Scott has experience as CEO for a NYSE traded company and for private equity. He has served on the most senior leadership teams across multiple industries including financial services, mass merchandising, brand management, private equity, engineering and staffing; he has served on the global executive committees of Investcorp (CEO, Europe), Sears Holdings (COO) & (President Kenmore, Craftsman & Diehard), CDI Corporation (CEO) and Lehman Brothers (CAO). Scott was named by CEO World as part of Northwestern’s #1 ranking in their ranking of universities that produced the greatest CEOs: "Top Universities In The US: Which Produced Greatest CEOs Ever." Scott has served on for profit boards including: ettain group (Charlotte, NC, USA), N+W Global Vending (Milan, Italy), Icopal (Herlev, Denmark), GL Education (London, England), Lands’ End (Dodgeville, WI, USA) and not-for-profit boards including: United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee Foundation (Colorado Springs, CO, USA), Institute of International Education (NYC, NY, USA), which administers the Fulbright Scholarship program, and Spelman College (Atlanta, GA, USA). Freidheim is a member of The Economic Club of New York and The Council on Foreign Relations. Scott was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (with classmates: Mark Zuckerberg, Marc Benioff, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Ken Griffin, Jack Ma, Emmanuel Macron) and has participated in many panels at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, including as rapporteur for the opening plenary session, as well as at the inaugural New Champions Meeting in Dalian, China and was a member of the WEF's Global Agenda Council. Scott lives in Aspen, Colorado with his wife and three children.
