Samuel E. Coryell, CEO of TLC Properties, was a college music professor of thirty years before he co-founded the company in 1988. TLC Properties began with a single rental house and has grown to encompass twelve apartment communities with about 2,500 units for Coryell owners, and eighteen communities with about 2,500 units managed for third-party landlords. Sam considers his overarching task to paint the big picture and provide the vision for the development of TLC. He has three sons who are integral to the success of the business.
