Rosemary Rawlins is a writer and author of memoir and historical fiction. She has an unquenchable thirst to understand the human capacity for resilience. Born in Glen Cove, NY, she has lived in Vermont, Virginia, and North Carolina. She holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond, VA, and worked in the human resources field for several years before dedicating all of her time to writing. She is the former Editor of BrainLine.org Blogs, an award-winning multi-media website. Her blog is aptly named "Learning by Accident," the same title as her memoir. Rosemary loves reading, writing, learning about other cultures, and discussing wonderful books with her friends over a good glass of wine. She lives with her husband, Hugh, in Nags Head, NC.
