Phillipa lives in Glastonbury close to the ruined abbey where she received her latest book The Dark Well of Glastonbury. This novel features a psychic Edwardian widow and the stories she channels of past guardians of a sacred well. The Dark Well of Glastonbury is available in paperback and as an Ebook from Amazon. While residing in Wookey Hole for fourteen years she heard the local legend of the wicked witch who had lived in the nearby caves and believed it to be based on the true story of a persecuted village wise woman. She was then inspired to write two books; The Wise Woman's Tale and The Secrets of the Cave that tell the stories of the twentieth century descendants of the wise women of a village in Somerset. They were published by Piatkus Books in paperback and are available as Ebooks from Piatkus Entice. Phillipa has been working as an artist and writer since leaving West Surrey College of Art and Design with a BA Hons in Sculpture in 1982. She went to live in Wookey Hole in Somerset in 1983, since when her work has been available in Glastonbury and has also been sold all over the UK and in many other countries around the world. A selection of Phillipa's earlier sculptural designs are produced by Star Child and available both on their website and in their shop in Glastonbury where a selection of her new works can also be seen.
