Dr. Paul is the world’s leading authority on employee engagement and respect in the workplace and has worked in the field of human resources for over 30 years. Paul earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Yale University where he specialized in behavior modification and motivation. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Yale, Princeton, and Davidson College on topics including Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Survey Development, and Research Methods and Statistics.
