I am an executive coach who helps senior executives and business owners take their leadership presence to a new level — improving their effectiveness, expanding their influence, and leading more purposeful and satisfying lives. In particular, I help them maximize the many "defining moments" in their lives — those times when who they are, what they stand for and why people should follow them are measured and matter. I love to tell stories. We all relate to stories. They give us deeper insights into each other and often stir up stories of our own. Even more, I am a story-finder, believing deeply that once we understand our story — the narrative in our head and heart — we open ourselves up to change and growth, and engage more authentically with others.
