My name is Mry Contreras, and I am the proud owner of Mry C Pet Care. For me, nothing is more important than the work that I do. For the last 5 years, I have dedicated myself to the world of pet care because I am a pet lover at heart. I consider myself an environmentalist, an animal rights activist, and a staunch supporter of the scientific research behind proper animal care and welfare. But, for me, it is so much more than just a hobby or a passion – it is my life’s work. I founded Mry C Pet Care back in 2017 in the city of Los Angeles. Since then, I have helped hundreds of pet owners improve, enhance, and support the health of their pets. In my mind, a happy pet is a healthy pet! Throughout the last number of years, I have helped to care for hundreds of dogs and cats, and each one received the personalized, tailored care that they deserved. Along with my endeavors here at Mry C Pet Care, I have also spent time volunteering at Best Friends’ Animal Society. And even to this day, I continue to volunteer there whenever I find a free moment. While much of my experience comes from my own accord, I am fully insured, and I have been formally trained in Pet First Aid and CPR. My main priority in everything that I do is safety and animal welfare – and that is something that I look to convey in my work, personal life, and YouTube channel. I have learned so much about animals throughout my professional career – specifically, caring for dogs of all ages and breeds. Although I am not a veterinarian or a veterinarian technician, I consider myself someone who has a great deal of knowledge surrounding the everyday things pet owners can do to keep their pets healthy and safe. If your animal is sick or injured, I always encourage you to seek veterinary care first and foremost. A trained medical professional is always the qualified person to aid in those situations.
