Mark Edwards writes books to help people live and work better. Belonging (co-authored) is a book to help companies become more diverse, and to help everyone at work contribute to a Belonging Culture where we can all be free to be ourselves. The Tao of Bowie is a self-help book that draws 10 lessons from David Bowie’s epic voyage through life and helps the reader apply these powerful ideas to their own journey. Best Story Wins helps anyone harness the power of storytelling to improve their communications at work - or in real life! Mark is a coach/trainer who works with individuals and companies to improve their people skills and soft skills - which are increasingly important in today's workplace. His work is underpinned by Mindfulness and the Buddhist techniques on which Mindfulness is based. Mark began his career as a journalist on some magazines that were really rather cool quite a long time ago – The Face, Arena, Blitz – and for25 years his work appeared virtually every week in The (London) Sunday Times. He lives in London, is married with two daughters, and is definitely not addicted to playing eFootball/Pro Evo Soccer on the Playstation – because that would hardly fit with the whole “mindfulness teacher” image, would it?
