As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Marion Franklin is sought after for her Laser-Focused approach and direct communication. Her work includes developing and teaching her unique program, Laser Coach Your Way to Sustainable Success – Intensive, which emphasizes masterful coaching skills. She published the audiobook Life’s Little Lessons: Improve Your Life One Lesson at a Time, facilitates ongoing “Coach with Confidence” mentor groups, and provides individual mentoring and supervising. To date, everyone Marion has taught and mentored for Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC) has passed (using the principles from this book). She serves as a supervisory coach and examiner for developing coaches in an executive coaching program, has been interviewed on TV for her coaching expertise, coached executives at various corporations, presented at numerous coaching conferences and events, and has been cited in The Journal News and The Wall Street Journal. Marion holds master’s degrees in business and education. Prior to coaching, she co-founded a healthcare publishing company and taught high school business education. Aside from coach training and mentoring, she finds it critical to maintain individual coaching clients. Through them she is richly rewarded as they move toward and achieve their sustainable visions. In her spare time, Marion takes drawing classes and plays bridge and she resides in Tarrytown, New York.
