A professional in sports marketing and coaching, after ten years at The North Face Europa as head of the team of athletes and sporting events, she decides to create her own project dedicated to communication in sport, starting out as a freelancer and growing as an entrepreneur. Today she is a founding partner and CEO of Marianna Zanatta Group Srl. A container of which Sports & Beyond is included in the project of marketing and communication consulting for athletes and organizations, companies and professionals, involved in sport. In this field, she develops editorial and film projects in cooperation with important publishing and video, film and television production companies, at interna- tional level and inspirational conference programs with her athletes, dedicated to the corporate world. In 2017 she wrote “Devo perché posso” (published by Rizzoli), a four-handed book with one of her athletes, Simone Moro. The same 2017 saw the birth of the idea of Ornitorianna, when she was con- tacted by TEDx Trento as a speaker - TEDx’s title: FARE which in italian would be explained in Do F as you trust, A as you act, R as you risk and E as you explore. This topic feels so much her own that she also gives up a long-planned trip to accept the invitation and develop her talk. As soon as she gets off the stage she is greeted by people who ask her where to find the handbook. The requests continue over the years... And here we are! With the handbook a journal and a new project of conferences and workshops... in full Ornitorianna style: DREAM AND DO IT!
