About Laura Helena Pimentel da Silva: I was born in Brazil, but have lived in Denmark since 1995. At a very early age, words and other performing arts became my form of expression. I have kept a diary since I was a child. My childhood diaries are full of poems and little stories that I dreamed of sharing with others one day. The dream came true in 2017 when I signed my first publishing contract. My debut book was published in 2018. Since then I have published a further 15 books under my own name, contributed to four anthologies and ghostwritten two books. Several of my books have been translated into English. Today I am an independent author and owner of Leitura - publishing house and book café. Privately, I am married and the mother of four boys who love football and have been a great inspiration for writing Ronni-Romario and the Soccer Planets - Earth Versus Neptune.
