Kathryn Eyre

Having been diagnosed with Adult ADHD at a tender age of somewhere in my 40's, I decided to embrace it and put my beautiful eccentric and 'always on the go' brain to some good use My books are a collection of all things ADHD as I continue my journey into understanding the ADHD Adult Brain, but also a collection of interests and 'how-to do's' of life's ups and downs and ins and outs I am Miss Practical and Miss To-Do, so use my instructions manuals and guides to help and support you, should the relevant subject matter be of interest Something I realise about us 'ADHD'ers' is that if it is out of sight, it means out of mind, so these guides are designed to be handy and user friendly to help you have it 'on hand' and 'in mind' Some caveats, my highest qualification is a Post Graduate Certificate (not in writing or book publishing) so I am learning on the job however, I do take this very seriously and professionally My research is conducted in an ethical and moral way and all credits are given to anyone who has assisted me in production of my works Remember, to eat an whole elephant, all you need to do is take one bite at a time. Advise I really need to give myself more often!
