Kat is an Oklahoma native Systems Integration Specialist by trade, coffee gremlin by day, and creative by nature. She is obsessed with coffee, dark chocolate, anime (especially Sailor Moon), romance novels, cosplay, and going on adventures when life allows it. She lives with her fiancé Chris, two daughters, and four fur children who kept her company or on her toes while writing. Kat has been writing since she was fourteen, starting off with fanfictions of her favorite things like Sailor Moon and D&D. Her writing grew over the years and she self published her first book Darkest Before Dawn September 2022, followed by its sequel Ring of Fire in August 2024. When she is not creating her world of Slayers and Vampires, she is spending time with her family and raising her two daughters who are her world. Kat is currently working on the third installation of the Infinity Chronicles series as well as an epic fantasy side project.
