My love affair with real estate began many years ago when I purchased my first home. After repeating the buying process many times on a personal level, I set up a successful real estate business, buying and selling countless homes and loving every minute of it. Having been in the real estate business for many years, I understand the challenges of the purchasing process. It is challenging for a seasoned property developer, but if you have never bought a home before, the thought of where to start your real estate purchasing journey can be daunting. I am passionate about taking the first-time buyer by the hand and helping them navigate the sea of dos and don’ts and what to do next on their real estate purchasing journey. Most young adults have no education or experience in buying real estate (they certainly don’t teach it at school!), and if they don’t have a parent or mentor to guide them through this process, it can be an unfathomable task. By sharing the information in this book, my intention is that it will go a long way towards taking the stress out of your real estate journey by turning it into an enjoyable ride. After all, buying your first property should be a positive experience and one of the most exciting times of your life.
