In a little known corner of Maryland many years ago, a tiny curvemudgeon emerged fully formed and clueless. Cursed with permanent foot-in-mouth disease, she developed an epistemophilic instinct which led her to traverse the literary cosmos in search of the legendary Mount Syntax. Atop which is the mythic ‘Font of Hopeless Dreams.’ This amazing pool overflows twice yearly with liquid imagination. A single sip of the water bestows the gift of storytelling and an insatiable craving for coffee. Like everything, it came with a price, and the price of its blessings is steep. The drinker must wear the amulet of imposters, doomed to never sleep without first spending hours ruminating on a lifetime of mistakes and toe cheese. Still, she deemed the price acceptable and set forth to spread her stories throughout the land. Armed with the amulet, a never empty inkwell, and her trusty quill of idiocracy, K.T. pens her tales. Not content with conventional genres, she traverses the literary cosmos, leaving behind a trail of confusion and overwrought muses drunk on espresso fumes and screaming incoherently about chocolate and purple band-aids. Melding disparate narratives into the literary equivalent of a unicorn riding a skateboard through a rainbow. When not cloaked in the mythical aura of creation, K.T. wallows in what-if. Spending her free time with her family and bouncing ideas for new tales off her chorkie DG. Look for warnings about new works on social media and her website.
