Joyce Azria Trojanowski, is a mentor to many people around the globe and professionally known in the fashion industry through her leadership and creative mind. Having led powerful fashion brands like BCBGeneration to global recognition, her experience with an array of customers and in management of large teams gave her the working wisdom to understand people from various backgrounds. Her role in these relationships was to empower and in turn create leaders .Teaching by example, Joyce displays to her teams and the world at large that an inspired heart and connection to God allows for true success in the workplace. Transforming people doesn't stop there her inspiration and value system exudes into practical lessons that inspire people within home life and in their relationships, avenues that she esteems as mirrors of one another. Her sincerity and warmth is undoubtable and shines when she addresses crowds as a public speaker, making people feel that they are the only one in the room with her. Paris born and California raised, Joyce now resides in Florida. AKA “cheri” (beloved) to her husband Ilan and “mommy salami” to her 7 children – Noah, Yosef, Levi, Esther, Ora, Chana and Mordechai. Joyce’s cup always runs over as she is always leading energized missions through professional avenues as well.
