I am the fifth of six children, AKA the "Forgotten Child". I was raised in a family with vivid imaginations and fun storytelling. My mother inspired my writings, as she herself wrote many brief stories, usually about events happening in the family. I've been writing these very short, brief stories for my own family since 1996. I have shared them with friends and extended family who have encouraged me to put them in book form. I have followed their counsel. Being retired, I have more time to work on stories and try to invent new and fun ways to look at the Christmas season. My hobbies include walking, gardening, photography, reading, collecting 1:18 scale diecast cars, and trying not to annoy my wonderful wife too much. I usually succeed. Have a very Merry Christmas all year 'round!
