St. Martin's Press published a collection of my short stories, Jenny and the Jaws of Life, in 1987, and reissued it in paperback, with an introduction by David Sedaris, in 2002. They also published my novels Winner of the National Book Award (2003), The Writing Class (2008), Amy Falls Down (2012), and Amy Among the Serial Killers (2022). Selected works and books have been translated into French, Italian, Spanish, German, and Czech editions.
