I am a researcher of resilience and want research to reach everyone. Resilience is the capacity for change, and underpins both success and wellbeing- both without compromise. So it's not about being tough, or indeed being a control freak. It's much more strategic than that. The research findings of The Resilience Engine are so fabby that I have created a business to make them accessible for all. Resources thus far include authoring The Resilience Dynamic® book, creating eLearning guides (currently being used in multiple sectors including Education, FE, medical field, private sector) and creating a community of accredited practitioners who share best practice. I am overstretched in the ambition, and excited always about the prospect of who else might get a sprinkling of this magic!
