Janis I. Soucie (Monroe is her maiden name) is a short story, article, novel writer and poet. Her articles have been published in the National Health Federation Magazine and website. Her poetry has appeared in several chapbooks by the J.M.W. Publishing Company and has also appeared in a Vermont magazine, EverChanging, and a U.K. magazine, Poetic Hours.
