George Mekhail is a Bitcoiner and former Executive Pastor. Born in Cairo, Egypt, he grew up serving as a deacon in the Coptic Orthodox Church. Years after immigrating to the U.S, his faith journey included stops at Conservative Evangelical churches, progressive Evangelical churches and Progressive mainline churches. He co-founded an organization called Church Clarity which insists that pastors be forthright with their policies whether theologically conservative or progressive.
