Gary M. Huff is a business consultant, business advisor, mentor, and board director of not-for-profit and private companies. He was the CEO of one of the world’s largest clinical laboratories, LabCorp Diagnostics, where he won various awards such as being the only senior executive officer to have won the Chairman’s Award. During his career, he has held various executive-level leadership positions in companies such as Baylor Genetics, Solstas Laboratory Partners, and Roche Biomedical Laboratories. He is a sought-after advisor and consultant for various private equity companies in the clinical laboratory industry. He was an active member of the Global 50 CEO organization. Huff has spoken at various industry engagements including the Wells Fargo Healthcare Conference, Florida Clinical Laboratory Management Association, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Conference, Baylor College of Medicine Clinical Chairs, DHG Healthcare Symposium, Rutberg Global Leadership Conference, and a Fireside Chat with Ann Wojcicki, 23andMe. Huff is a board director for Accumen healthcare consulting and the Western North Carolina chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. He has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. Huff lives in North Carolina with his wife, Jackie, and their three children, Amelia, Olivia, and Ethan. He is a graduate of Indiana University, holds a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and earned Lean Six Sigma certification.
