I am the founder of leading home staging company Lemon and Lime Interiors. We specialise in achieving great sales for our clients at the upper end of the property market. I am passionate about helping home owners understand that selling a home these days is not like it was even ten years ago. Different attitudes to home ownership, social media and marketing products in general have all meant that it's no longer easy to put a house on the market and hope for the best. In writing 'Sell High, Sell Fast' I hope I can get the message to more people selling their homes that there really is a way to maximise their investment to allow them to move on quickly to the next life adventure. I grew up on the coast in Norfolk and I currently live in rural Derbyshire. I still miss the sea every day and I will return to live on the coast eventually. I love the outdoor life, red wine and chocolate.My lifelong passion outside work is sailing everything from small dinghies to big yachts. I especially love to sail with my long-suffering other half, Rob, and my four grown-up children, preferably in the Ionian Islands of Greece.
