Dominique Hoffman is a French artist-author, translator, and webmaster who writes in French, English, and German. Holding a master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English-German) from the University of Montpellier, she has lived in several European countries (Germany, Northern Ireland, Austria), enriching her intercultural experience, and currently resides in the Cotentin Peninsula in Normandy. With a keen interest in 20th-century European history, she published her first novel Bohemian Tales in English in 2012, followed by a self-published second edition in 2014 and again in 2022. She continued her literary journey with The Tailor of Granville in 2024 and Between Heaven and the Sea in 2025. Among the authors she admires are Václav Havel (whom she had the privilege of meeting), Franz Kafka, Romain Rolland, Max Brod, J.M.G. Le Clézio, Sorj Chalendon, Michel Bussi (whom she also met), Lenka Reinerová, as well as independent authors discovered online or at book fairs. If you like any of my books, kindly leave a review.
