Diane Marger Moore became a prosecutor late in her career. As the chief arson prosecutor she won several murder prosecutions in Marion County, Indiana that were deemed unwinnable. Before becoming a prosecutor, Diane was a criminal defense attorney and federal public defender. Her first murder trial, as a defense lawyer, was a death penalty case in Claxton, Georgia in 1979. Diane has traveled and litigated throughout the United States and believes that a good litigator is a great story teller---it is that connection and ability to share one's clients' stories that makes or breaks a case. More importantly, Diane is a mother of two incredible children who critique her every move thereby enhancing her desire to improve or cancel her cell phone plan. She is married to a saintly retired engineer who encourages her to do whatever her dreams suggest. Writing is one of those desires. Diane is now a civil litigator -- working for victims of plane, helicopter, train and truck crashes. She also handles complex federal whistleblower cases. Although Diane has published only one book so far, her newest book 16 Minutes will be published on August 24,2021. She has also published many articles on law, trial practice and procedure and has served as an editor for two law Journals. She lives in Florida while working for an incredible firm in Los Angeles.
