David Shaw-Parker trained at RADA and began his acting career at the RSC in 1977 having subsequently appeared at The National Theatre, in many of London’s West End Theatres and Broadway NY. His films include The Man Who Knew Infinity, Still Life, Kafka, Leprechauns and The Muppet's Christmas Carol. Recent television and film appearances include Back In Action, This England, Last Train To Christmas , Endeavour, The Cockfields, Victoria and The Crown. He has recorded over two hundred audiobooks perhaps most notably The unabridged Chronicles of Barsetshire and The Palliser Novels by Anthony Trollope for Naxos Audiobooks.
