He holds a bachelor’s in the humanities from Swarthmore College and a master’s in the social sciences from the University of Chicago, as well as a certificate in mediation from the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago. His interests range from empathetic listening to geeking out about public transit, and he will always insist that the best bagels and cheesecake are in New York.
