David Muchow is an award-winning corporate lawyer, managing partner of Muchowlaw, thirty-year business expert, serial entrepreneur, and inventor. He has advised hundreds of businesses and is an adjunct professor of Law. Business, and Entrepreneurship at the Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University. He serves on various boards, has helped turn ideas into publicly traded companies, and was an officer of a one-billion-dollar publicly traded mutual fund. He served on Capitol Hill, and with the NSC, OMB, as a prosecutor and special assistant to the assistant attorney general, criminal division, DOJ., where he received the Attorney General's Special Achievement award. He was general counsel to the American Gas Association and a founder and CEO of SkyBuilt Power, which built the world's first rapidly deployable solar/wind power stations for the CIA and others. He is a frequent speaker, consultant, and author/coeditor of The 7 Secret Keys to Startup Success (Amazon Best Seller), Energy Law and Transactions (7 vols.), and Regulation of the Gas Industry (5 vols.). He attended Georgetown University (BSFS), Cornell Law, and Georgetown Law (JD).
