Cynthia has been a landlord for 30 years with over 500 tenants. She represented herself in court in 1994 in the Eviction court. After a few Evictions, she dove into the Post-Judgment proceedings to collect. Collecting over $250,000 her fellow landlords urged her to write a book so they could collect also. Reluctant at first, she wrote the Collect Back Rent Training Course For Landlords to educate the landlords. Just what the stagnant landlord profession needed, a person with fire to move forward. She has traveled to 37 states at 55 REIA and landlord groups on her mission All day workshops were well received by the landlords because they could feel the knowledge and confidence. The Collect Back Rent has constantly been evolving with the Overview Manuals (1&2) that includes the Eviction, Small Claims and the Post-Judgment proceedings to collect.
